     ....my model for the "new (arbitrary) rules" would be similar to
Wittgenstein's "game" concept - not whether a new (or old) set of rules is
"right" or "wrong", but does the game cohere? is it "fun" (definable within
the situation)?  Arbitrary is not (neccessarily) random.
    It's at play here as well.... By watching how others use a word - like
"Fluxus" - we learn the rules binding it within the/ir game.  Analyzing
those past games gives us a grasp of the (not always obvious) rules.  But it
helps to have a scorecard.....
