OK, so somebody can emulate a stock C64 and 1541 drive with a PeeCee
today. That gets us up to a 1982 level. But there's not a C64 user
alive today (OK, well maybe just one) who'd settle for using an
unadorned C64 as it existed back then. There have been so many
developments for the Commodore 64/128 platform thanks to Creative
Micro Designs <http://www.cmdweb.com> since 1987 that using a stock
C64 in real or in emulation is just pointless!
Why doesn't somebody emulate a C64 with JiffyDOS ROMs at least???!!!
This 1982 level C64 emulation is simply pitiful.
