You have my sympathies. I dreamed of owning an Amiga since I first
heard of them in 1986. By the time I was finally able to afford and
to seriously consider buying one (April 1994), Commodore filed
for bankruptcy. I've followed the disgusting events with the
companies that have tried to pick up the pieces ever since and
have just been heartbroken by them all. Now another company has
it and is making great promises - but this time nobody I know
is believing anything anymore.

There is something called CrossDOS, I think, which will allow
you to move files via floppies from one machine to another.
You can also connect the two machines via a null modem cable
and transfer the files back and forth using terminal emulation
software.

You could also upload the files from your Amiga to an ftp directory
on the net somewhere and then download them from there to your PeeCee.

Check in the Amiga forum at http://www.delphi.com for specifics.
The Commodore and Amiga communities at Delphi were very active
the last time I visited there.
