a fast curcuit around Lake Mead (Arizona, US), and I wonder about the
sudden flash flood warnings: get to higher ground: 90 percent of Modern
Art is sadly, spirtually impoverished: if something good "makes it there -
stranded in the Artworld," the more money the art-institution has, the
more certainly the art will have its life-blood sucked-dry: (smaller,
less-funded institutions are (usually: sadly) no better; they only
desperately want into the same big circle-jerk ); I-95 South of Boulder
City produced a gently, pleasant, extreme-heat induced, rolling pavement
for several miles... like the car was standing-still, the pavement
undulating beneath. What do cultural-structures/institutions matter if the
real-participants are prohibited from building-them .. Better Burn the
artifice to the ground! yeah, baby! AMEN!
