Anybody having 'the fluxus performance workbook' from el Djerida handy?

I borrowed that one and made some notation for later use, but there's a 
few things I failed to note down correctly.

Can anybody help?

What is the exact wording of one of Eric Andresens 'Opera Instruction', 
which according to my mind goes like this:

do try to and/or not to do something significant.
