Well we could certainly try them in abstentia, but I get your point 
however, maybe what we should try is the concept rather than the
thing/person (as you suggest Sol) so what/how to do it??

Performance event for an e-trial (of a concept)

        -define the concept on trial 

        -define/choose roles for participants/performers
                prosecutors
                defense
                judge
                jury
                court reporters
                audience

        -Presentation of case against concept (prosecution)

        -presentation of case for concept (defense)

        -rebuttals

        -summations by both sides

        -jury instructions

        -jury deliberations

        -presentation of verdict


I am off to a wedding for a few days so I will be out of contact after
