If it was a test in the countryside would one have to swing a chicken as well? Kidding aside, I would refuse the test and say that they will need a court order for any testing. The testing to be done my physician and that if the test proves that beyond a shadow of a doubt that a drug could have made me impaired then it would then be up to the police to provide evidence of some harm done by your suposed impairdnss.
