  media_city seoul is an international biennial event��on view in 
museums and public
  venues throughout Seoul��that presents and explores the convergence 
of technology and
  the contemporary arts. The theme for the inaugural biennial, city: 
between 0 and 1,
  interprets the ways in which the digital revolution is transcending 
physical boundaries
  of space and time.
