Had the police come round to my flat in ipswich uk to make inquirys last week posted a hand made paper attatched to a postcard to paris france paper made from recycled paper and also containing brass wire and metal filings, was deemed suspect at the post office and the police involved, have been advised that any more handmade paper postcards are to be placed in an envelope from now on
