was upset that i may have inovertantly caused a panic at the local sorting office,but have been asured that it was not the case, i feel that it is reasuring that the authorities are being so very cautious, though i do suspect paranoia. am upset that mail art has been decreasing since sept 11, well through my mail box at least, also am upset that i now have a restriction on what how i can send certain mail art, though understandably this is for good reasons
