Hi, I'm trying to locate equipment required to perform Alvin Lucier's "Vespers" (1969). The original equipment consisted of handheld echolocation devices called Sondols which are, I believe, no longer being produced. Does anyone know where Sondols or suitable substitutes might be obtained nowadays? Does anyone know how recent performances have been mounted?
