It was a terrible shock. No hint that she was ill again in her last e-mail to me a few days ago. Here's the follow-up e-mail from John. I'll help set it up, unless anyone else would like to.   Love to you all   Roger   It was a blessing that she passed so very fast after falling prey to her last episode. Death by lung cancer is not pretty. A memorial service is being planned. It will be at her gallery in Monterey sometime after the holidays. When the date is set, maybe we can solicite comments about her from her on-line friends, which I can then read at the memorial for her.   - John
