My program simply extracted all the different sender names it could find in the archive..this means that some people do appear twice but it doesn't occur too often. Because I did not want to make assumptions about who had used different names to post I left the data as is. For example some people have posted under maybe four different forms of their name but the majority of posts are always under one particular form of their name so the data doesn't lose any of its meaning as a result of this. Carol, your address list is most useful, I may reformat it for you if I have time later this week.
