Well, one in millions actually, but I got it on the cheap online. I just scanned the cover. Actually, I do that quite often - read many interesting books that I wouldn't have normally noticed...plus I sometimes use the text in my works =or= they become embedded in a larger ongoing text that I've been working on (or used, simply, for impressions).
