John Held and I share some major commonalities for two people who have never met each other. I'm not sure what would be considered Petal's "fluxus" work, but I have stamps, artifacts, "playthings" (for lack of a better word) and some of her "bad produce" works. her conceptual photography work is just wonderful and I'm about ready to spring for the huge duchamp-inspired "rrose" piece. I wish she were around to see a copy of "Photography Transformed" - I think she should've been in it!
glad the kitties are in good hands - we shared pictures of our friends - i think my Deja (who's almost 24 now) shared a space on her fridge and Vlad and Rrose are throughout this house.
Silver City is an odDuck, but the Bear Mountain Lodge is quite nice.
