No dearest. Humans attempting to damage others is not 'shit happens'.
Humans attempting to appropriate another's capacity for autonomous,
individual, conscious, volitional ACTION (an aspect of which is
ARTISTIC CREATIVITY) is not 'shit happens'.

Is this an art-related list or not?

Pardon me if we got it wrong, but fluxus, like similar art movements
of the sort evolved out of the conscious awareness of others to
encourage_ the audience to PARTICIPATE and DEVELOP ITS OWN CREATIVITY,
it's own VOICE and it's own VOLITION.

This DOES NOT HAPPEN while you still have--for lack of better words--
shitheads whose 'performances' are based on degrading, energetically
feeding off and otherwise destroying capable artists and members of
  the audience.

No it isn't PRIVATE at all. It's quite PUBLIC.
In fact Mr. McElroy doesn't KNOW US at all
(he doesn't even know who he's speaking to).
Secondly, what we are addressing is not a 'subjective'
'point of view' 'opinion' issue--avoid attempting to
  misrepresent it as such.

And in fact it is an issue of PUBLIC awareness.
An artist is a figure who acts in PUBLIC and has
PUBLIC RESPONSIBILITY. Not any twit who fancies
calling itself an 'artist' and using that as a pretext
to abuse others is one--and that is_ part of the awareness
  of FLUXUS.

Your myopic desire to close your eyes and turn your head the
other way and pretend 'things are not happening.'
But things ARE happening, and unfortunately these days
there is a 'plague' of idiots who mistake the invitation
to be 'artistic' as an invitation to be assholes at the
energetic and well-being expense of their audience.

This is very MUCH so a PUBLIC ISSUE with regards to ART.

Said the darling while closing its eyes tight-tight.
I sdon't wanna see, so there's nothing to see tra le la.
Your failure to see--and abrogation of self-responsibility--
  is your_ problem_.

  These are not "personal attacks".
Avoid attempting to misrepresent what is going on.
This is an accurate and precise reflection_ of what
is going on. Lest you have forgotten FLUXUS and DADA
maybe you should refresh your memory with regards
to such, and namely the idea of ARTISTIC REVOLT
  against the mistreatment of humans.

Avoid attempting to dictate our behavior.
We are PERFECTLY capable of determining for OURSELVES
what is APPROPRIATE for US to DO.
