wow. the ear was like my IMAGE in grad school. i have TONS'O'SHIT with the ear. what are you going to be using these for, may i ask? how exciting. you know, if you get a small tomato and cut it in half, then cut it again (thereby making quarters) then slice 1/8in thick and let dry, boy, there's some ear imagery for you. oooooh! my most exciting graduate school ear moment was when jimmie durham came to speak/crit/whatever. i was working with these side ear pieces and took nice pictures of his ears (left AND right) he has the nice loooonnnng kind - connected (i think unconnected means potential heart problems) but of course the pictures came out too DARK and i'm left with my own fabricated memory of what jimmy durham's ears look like
