Performance notes
We performed the Eric Andersen Opera Instruction of December 11, 1963, in and around the High Street Kensington Tube Station in London. The performance lasted just over an hour, from 7:00 pm to 8:03 pm Danish time. Our performance took place on London time, 6:00 pm to 7:03 Greenwich Mean Time.
The seven members of Secret Fluxus and a friend who wanted to participate joined to perform this piece. Four of us sat in and around the station, two sat in a nearby pub, one performed while walking up and down the platforms, and one stood at the entrance to the station next to someone playing music.
