For Mother's Day everywhere: A simple and naive-sounding wish:   It involves a communication from Mothers to Military Brainiacs, Politicians, Privateers, and Others:   Can we please agree to stop ALL WAR on June 1st, 2004 and begin to devote all of our attention, (and high-tech know-how) to this mandate:   EVERY PERSON IN THE WORLD GETS, AT LEAST,  A GOOD BREAKFAST AND DINNER EVERY DAY.
