I was Monday morning confused before, you don't have Yahoo mail, you use Outlook. I believe Fluxlist has a size limit on messages -- i.e. if you send a small image it's okay, but a large one won't get through -- which is probably what is kicking in with your Outlook messages which I'm guessing are HTML, especially if the HTML came from Word which would typically have bloated it. Do you know to make your email text-only? That would probably fix the problem.

It's basically this: "On the 'Format' menu, Select the format you want to change the message to: The menu list offers three choices: Plain Text, Microsoft Rich Text, and HTML. Select Plain Text." Rich Text isn't as bad as HTML but text is the most ecological.
