Some quick fixes:

* Optimisations for ribbon and particle rendering - these are now faster
in cases where you have many primitives of these types.
* (print-info) outputs the current and max number of primitives
rendered.
* Fix for the type primitive, which wasn't resolving some (fairly
common) edge cases with the tesselator. If you'd had missing characters
in some fonts before, this should fix it.
