Might I suggest that it might be worthwhile to consider getting two cold air
heat pumps? They have 4 of the big ones at a children's theatre production
company in the auditorium theatre and they do a great job of cooling stuff off.
In the winter, they can pump warm air in. Also, because they are electric, they
don't need gas and are very soft noise wise compared to the gas blower on the
second floor. Budget for all solar across the roof, and you could make the
whole thing sustainable! Clearly, the issue with the AC unit, is that the giant
fans + windows are not keeping things cool for patrons.

Probably only since the NA meeting which ended at 2.  I think we need to tell
them it needs to go.  It is way too small for that room and isn't going to do
anything but run up our electricity bill, especially if they can't be
responsible for shutting it off.  Plus the falling hazard it presents.  The
fans don't suck much power but still they should be shut off when everyone
leaves.

Also, our favorite AC machine (and fans) were running when I came in for
rehearsal last night at 6:30pm. No idea how long they had been on, but it
seemed there was no one in just before us and no reason for them to be running.

Just a heads up I've been fixing some stuff around the Squirrel. The big
wall fan closest to the stage has been un-mickeymoused. It now works on
all speeds not just low.  Replaced the switch.

I purchased a new outlet and cover plate for the one under the window on
the north wall closest to the stage.  It's now completely dead probably
because of NA's AC.  But it was bad way before that.  I can't replace it
alone because I need someone upstairs to let me know when the power goes
off.  No idea which breaker it is on.  Planning on doing it while Scott
 is there.

Plan is to install the exhaust fan Sunday morning.
