Folks . . .
I have to convert an entire project from .DGN to .Shp.
There are many features (line & polygon) in the .DGN dataset that
have
tags. I need to add these tags to the shapefile features as
attributes,
and then use the values of the tags for the database join.
The information for the tag does give me the "Assoc id of element
attached to." There has to be some way to use that information. What
is the easiest way to turn a tag into an attribute?
