I have generated a right of way shapefile polygon based on the 'empty' space of
my parcel polygons. I would like to clip this into individual street segments
as a compliment to my street centerline shapefile.

My plan is to conflate the centerline segment IDs to the corresponding polygon
and use these polygons whenever I need to thematically map street centerlines.
This makes for a more pleasing map when used in conjunction with the parcels.

The centerline is not the exact center of the right of way, but just eyeballed
during it's creation.

I was hoping to use FME (or other process) to divide the ROW other than brute
force manual editing. Can someone offere any suggestions?

Many thanks
