Without seeing your data, I'm guessing that there should be a
"fm0_rotation" attribute that you could "expose" by getting properties
on your source feature type and visiting the format attributes. Then
"expose" the igds_rotation attribute on the target feature type, and
connect fm0_rotation to igds_rotation. That should do the trick.

and source data.
