Hi There,
I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for removing overlapping
text elements in a Microstation DGN (V7) file? I have a FME script
which takes geodatabase annotation and converts it to DGN text
elements but in the process overlaps are created. I'd just like to
remove any of the offending text elements so there are no overlaps at
all.
