Should be possible - though it might take a little effort to set it up. I think a good first step would be to manually create a dimension in AutoCAD and read it into FME (say the FME Viewer). Then you'll be able to see what format attributes are present and how they match to an ArcSDE dimension. Then it's just a case of setting up the translation in Workbench and mapping the correct source format attributes to the correct destination ones.
