Hi,

Might sound a bit obvious but it's always worth checking the simple 
things first...  Is the table with the spatial data in it indexed 
correctly?  If it appears to be okay try reindexing it.  The Oracle 
error is a fairly common one and usually (in this case) means what is 
says!
