Hi Bob, I don't think there is such a list. What I'll do is add a basic list to fmepedia, and create a folder containing said transformers to use in the transformer gallery in FME 2007 (see - that function's coming in useful already)
Really any transformer that processes one feature against another is a group-based transformer. Any transformer with a group-by option is, by definition, a group-based transformer, because the group-by option is letting you define the grouping (w/o it the entire set of features is used as the group) Hope this helps - I'll try and get a list up on fmepedia sometime in the next week.
