Hi Becky, That's OK - the OS was a bit of a shot in the dark in case you were using an old OS or old service pack. I can't see why this system should cause any problems.
Since it's probably not related to your system, and appears to be unrelated to any particular dataset, then I think I'd suggest reinstalling FME as a first option. You can install to the same folder and the old installation will get overwritten. Just make sure you have no custom workspaces/transformers/coordsys in the FME folder if you want to keep them. If the problem still occurs after a reinstallation then I suggest you log it with us via [EMAIL PROTECTED] and we'll take it from there.
