When closing FME Universal Translator I get an error dialog box

fmegui.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00474182" referenced memory at "0x01830c30".
the memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate program.
Once I click ok, a new error dialog appears...

It happens every time I shut down Translator even if I just open
Translator and close it without running any processes.
It doesn't occur when shutting down any other sub program of FME
such as the Workbench or Viewer. I have build 2182 (Suite 2006)
installed.
I figure that maybe a dll has been corrupted or removed during an
uninstall but I'm not sure how to rectify it.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
