Hi All,

we're currently evaluating FME for data export/production and ran into
a problem when exporting data from an Oracle 10G database (version
10.1.0.4.0).
When FME accesses the database I get the error below:
.\ocidb.cpp:608 Postcondition columns.entries() == 2 failed

The database characterset is AL32UTF8 and the NLS_LENGHT_SEMANTICS is
set to CHAR.
Other 9i or 10G R2 databases work without problems.
I suspect the NLS_LENGHT_SEMANTICS causing this problem. Any solution
to this except changing the database parameter?

Alex
