Hi Mark

thanks for a great conferance it was fun and inforamtive, pity those who did
not attend

I am still in vancouver but a way to solve it is tu use a Tcl function use
and arrray with the value as the key and just increemnt it every time you
get an value

a few weeks back there was a discussion about negative counting take a look
at that

the problems wit marks approach is that you can not query the count domanins
and thereby get the value you ar lokking for

have fun, i am on my way to Vancouver Island
Peter
