[fme] Navigation window gone

Hi there;   I have just upgraded FME 2007 beta build 4121 to 4145 and the Navigation and transformer windows (when checked) do not appear in the upper left corner. That was causing FME (then 2006 I expect) to bail out with some really obscure error message, although I can't say I remember what it was right now... Any chance the error message could (or has been) changed to something more informative? Some poor sod had to come in at the weekend in the end to sort that one out!
