Hi Ron, Can you use regedit, locate the Safe Software entry, export it and send it to us at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
The one we want is - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Safe Software Inc. We'll have a look at it and check what's happening. If there's nothing we can see then perhaps we could try a live-meeting over the internet so we can see directly what's happening on your system. The floating panes are a new feature, and we want to stamp on this sort of problem pretty quickly. And of course we don't want you to be fme-less for longer than necessary.
