It turns out I was not getting the right order from LineJoiner.
I was trying to make LineJoiner give me the right order by passing the
first edges and then passing the non first edges.
What I ended up doing is using LineJoiner to join all the non-first
edges and then using LineCloser which will close the last edge and
then Reversing the order with Orientor (REVERSE) and that did it.
Another trick to add to the FME bag of tricks.
