Hi Carly, You mean a rotator that rotates around the X or Y axis (instead of the Z axis)?
I don't believe there is a 3dRotator transformer. My brain is telling me you could achieve the effect by switching the X and Z values (or Y and Z), doing a 2dRotation and then switching back again; but that would be an ugly solution and I don't know that I trust my brain on Monday morning. If you (or anyone else in the group) has a vitally important need for this then let me know and I'll file an enhancement request.
