The shape features are stored in 2d oracle spatial with height as
attribute, how to create 3d dgn files(Microstation V8)? I tried many
ways, however no 3d feature file is made.
At first, i chosed 3d seed file£¬and put height value to idgs_zlow and
idgs_zhigh(including idgs_zhigh_uor and idgs_zlow_uor), or using
3dforcer, at last tried to use idgs_z_value in script.
