Hi, I expect there are a couple of things to be done. First - in a 1:M relationship you're probably getting these as a List instead of regular attributes. A list is how FME handles multiple values per attribute. A ListExploder will give you a separate feature per value, and is probably what you need to get.
Secondly - the attributes are not perhaps defined in the destination schema. This is relatively simple to fix. Right-click on a destination feature type and choose 'copy attributes from transformer - select a transformer that has the attribute (eg the ListExploder) and they will get added to the destination schema. The drawback to grabbing attributes from a transformer is that FME is unable to tell the 'type' or 'length' of the attributes, and will set them all to Char20 - so you'll still need to edit the destination schema a little bit.
