Hi

I have streams that pass through points. I tried to choose the
nearest points with POINTONLINEOVERLAY, but did not give me good
results. Sometimes it did not choose the points, and they were near
and sometimes it choose too many points. I need only nearest point.
How can I attach jpeg it would explain more?

I have another questionÂ….sorry I'm FME novice :(
I need to extract the points witch are inside the lake polygons. The
points have different elevation (Z coordinate). I need to calculate
average elevation inside of every polygon, taken from points and then
assign that elevation to points. Suppose I have
Points inside first polygon
X y z
10 12 1
15 17 2
18 16 3
So I should have average = 2. And those points should all have 2 for
elevation

Points inside polygon 2
30 32 5
35 37 9
38 36 6
average 6, all pts inside that polygon have elevation 6.

I started with POINTONAREAOVERLAY, than TESTER if pts is inside
COORDINATEFETCHER to get the cords and 3DPOINTREPLACER to create the
pts
I tried to introduce LISTRANGEEXTRACTOR, but I got confused, I don't
know how to proceed from here...so please help
