I'd think by the end of the month.

By release candidate we mean that development has stopped and all
we're doing now are bug fixes, so it's virtually the complete product
and isn't classed as a beta any more (which may mean you could justify
using it now?!)

In fact our internal testing is due to finish today at which point
we'll wrap it up nicely and ship it out. I guess it'll take a couple
of weeks to press it to CD, but we'll probably post the final build
online before that. So keep an eye out on our web site at
www.safe.com/download and on this group which is where we'll also post
an announcement.
