Hi Fredrik, It would help to know at what point the arc stroking occurs. Try adding a Visualizer (or Logger) just after the SDE source, and just after the Reprojector to check what the data looks like at that stage.
It may be that the source is being stroked, or that the Reprojector is doing it, or that the DWG writer is the problem. Also - according to the R+W manual, SDE by itself does not support circular arcs, but only as an enterprise geodatabase.
