I noticed this too. I don't think you can revert from a version 8 dataset to version 7 once the dataset has been already added to the workbence workspace. IGDS indicates a version 7 dataset, DGNV8 refers to version 8 datasets. There is a workaround: You could try adding a second destination dataset that has a version 7 seed file associated with it. Use dataset settings options to change the seed file. Once this has been added, change your version 8 output feature to version 7 output as shown in the attached screenshot. Both version 7 and version 8 sample seed files come with FME: e.g. seed2d_ft.dgn (version 7) seed2d_ft_v8.dgn (version 8) Normally, each organisation has its own seed files, and separate seed files for both versions. We also set the following parameters: master unit name: m; sub unit name: mm; subs per master: 1000; UOR per sub: 1 Hope this helps, Annette
