As an aside, after you have connected everything to the same
transformer you might wish to split them back up again. 

In that case (and I'm not sure you need to do it here, I'm just giving
an example) place a FeatureTypeFilter, connect it after the other
transformer, open the settings and click Update. It will add all your
100 different input types as separate ports.

At that point right-click the FeatureTypeFilter and choose
AutoConnect. FME will connect each output port to the correct Feature
Type on the destination. If the feature types don't exist, FME can
create them (assuming there is a destination dataset already defined).

In fact all "filter" transformers have this autoconnect ability.
