Hi Ren,
Portals work better for on-screen viewing than for printing. Are you sure you need a portal? You might consider a different layout for printing, one which uses a simple list view. The problem with portals is that if you have more records in the portal than the portal is set to display, then, even though you can see the extra records by scrolling on the screen, the printout will contain only those records that are visible within the portal at the moment you choose to print. A list view is more appropriate in this case, as it will expand appropriately to include all records. It's also easier to adjust things like sliding and page breaks.
Hope this helps!

I was trying to print a portal within a layout but the portal doesn't print well, especially when they break across page boundaries, e.g. I have 3 records inside my portal and when I print the portal, I can only see 2.5 records of the portal on the first page and the other 1.5 records on the second page plus somehow an additional empty portal row was created on the second page. How do I make sure that there won't be any unwanted empty portal row and how do I make sure that no "unfinished records" data will be displayed on a separate page?
I've tried to play around with Format - Slide/Printing and Format - Align Text but, I still cannot get rid of the additional empty portal row.
Please help me to print my portal nicely.
Thanks in advance!
