I don't have any sample files at this time since I just started using
some of these features myself a couple of weeks ago.
I'm using
OmniGraffle Pro 3.2.1
OmniOutliner Pro 3.0.1
FM 5.5 and FM 7.0.3
What versions of these applications are you using?

Any chance you could post some sample files ? I'm familiar with
Omnigraffle
and Omnioutliner but I it sounds like you're doing some interesting
things.
