This role is part of an interdisciplinary team working on a major field.

Responsibilities will include:
- The development and maintenance of ongoing production from existing oil
and gas fields including identification of potential drilling locations
using all available geophysical, well bore and analog data.
- Developing drilling projects, integration all subsurface data in mapping
including formation tops, fault cuts, sequence and bio-stratigraphic
framework, production history, and reservoir rock properties.
- Generating detailed paleo-geographic, facies, isopach, structural, fault,
net pay, HC pore volume and production maps, as applicable and appropriate,
to define economic drilling projects.
- Use of synthetic seismograms and other appropriate model based
interpretation tools to better understand expected seismic response and
assess prospect uncertainty and risk.
- Understand project management procedures, develop detailed project plans
and manage projects within time and budget constraints while satisfying
objectives for quality.
- Understand and apply basic depth conversion methods to time
interpretations using well and seismic derived velocity data.
- Apply fault seal analysis and fault surface mapping as appropriate.
- Understand risk and reserve estimation methods and works with
cross-functional team to develop realistic reserve size distributions and
objectively assess risks (both geologic and mechanical).
- Advise on and recommend data acquisition programs based on strategy, data
quality, and exploration/development problem analysis.
- Understand specialized seismic processing techniques designed to predict
lithologies and fluid content from the available seismic data e.g. waveform
analysis, AVO, etc.
- Organization and management of both physical and digital geologic data and
interpretations, and in the population and ongoing maintenance of the
digital well and geologic database, following applicable standards.

Qualifications/ Experience:7-15 years experience.
- Previous experience in reservoir and field development activities and
integrated drilling operations in a cross-functional team environment.
- Significant experience in integrating concepts and data from other
disciplines with geologic concepts, information and interpretations.
- Understanding of and experience in physical and digital well and geologic
data and database management
- Understanding of fundamental financial and economic principles
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional results
- Strong team and communication skills; experience working within and/or
with partner groups will be beneficial.
- Must be an Indonesian national.
