I've used cotton canvas for the deck and PVC-coated polyester cloth for the
hull. The PVC has absoultely NO 'give' in it and I've had to take in tucks
all over the place to avoid nasty wrinkles. Still, it's just about there now
- just got the cockpit to finish then I'll be on the water.

The lack of elasticity in the hull material is due to the substrate fabric,
the polyester cloth, by the way, rather than being a function of the PVC. How
many panels did you use for the hull, Bill? Did you glue or weld them
together?
Do you have any plans for a spray deck / skirt yet?
