indeed, neighborly friendliness is always good.  when i lived in charleston, the man 
who
painted my house was always going to sell me an older folbot double for $150 or $200.  
i
never quite made it out to his house, though, and i found out later that it was a mint
super with paddles, apparently used only on sundays in freshwater.
