We've missed a couple of our semi-regular monthly get-togethers, but the

It seems like most of my time within Helpnet over the past few months has
been spent dealing with nuts and bolts stuff - setting up hardware,
installing software, and keeping things running. This is obviously
important, but it feels sort of like spending all your time talking about
how to do a brake job, when you really want to be thinking about planning a
great driving vacation.
So next week I'd like to spend some time discussing interesting and
creative ways people are using technology in their organizations --
participating in and running E-mail discussions, coming to grips with your
databases. I hope to see you there.
